Moringa Kefir Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp moringa leaf powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1⅓ cup plain kefir
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In a medium bowl, mix all powdered ingredients together.
  • Mix vanilla extract and plain kefir together, then pour into the bowl.
  • Stir until ingredients have consolidated.
  • Add baking cups to your muffin tin.
  • Pour batter with a spoon into muffin cups about 3/4 of the way up.
  • Place in oven for about 20-25 minutes
  • Let muffins cool down before serving.
