Ingredients

wheat flour

sugar

moringa leaf powder

baking soda

plain kefir

vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
In a medium bowl, mix all powdered ingredients together.
Mix vanilla extract and plain kefir together, then pour into the bowl.
Stir until ingredients have consolidated.
Add baking cups to your muffin tin.
Pour batter with a spoon into muffin cups about 3/4 of the way up.
Place in oven for about 20-25 minutes
Let muffins cool down before serving.
