rye flour

melted butter

peanut butter

cocoa powder

brown sugar

granulated sugar

vanilla extract

baking soda

almond extract
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
Stir together all dry ingredients.
Mix together all wet ingredients in separate bowl.
Consolidate all ingredients in one bowl. Avoid over-mixing.
Place parchment paper over the baking sheet,
Roll about 1 tbsp of cookie dough into a ball.
With a fork, press dough down in both directions until flat.
Place in oven for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Let cool for a minimum of 15 minutes.
Serve.
