Einkorn Ginger Waffles

  • 2 Medium bowls
  • Waffle maker
  • Whisk (optional)


  • 2 cups einkorn flour
  • cup milk
  • cup melted butter
  • 4 tbsp ginger powder
  • tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt


  • Preheat waffle maker.
  • Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Beat eggs.
  • Add and mix all liquid ingredients into the beaten eggs.
  • Mix together all ingredients until no dry flour is left.
  • Pour batter into the waffle maker using a large spoon.
  • Cook the waffles until firm.
  • Remove the waffle from waffle maker either with a spoon or a dull knife.
  • Serve immediately, preferably with powdered sugar, honey, or maple syrup.
