Ingredients

cups
einkorn flour
1½
cup
milk

eggs
⅓
cup
melted butter

tsp
sugar

tsp
baking powder
2½
tsp
vanilla extract
½
tsp
almond extract
(optional)
cooking spray
(optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, stir together all your dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with a spoon or whisk thoroughly.
Mix together all liquid ingredients into the beaten eggs.
Stir together all ingredients in a bowl together until no dry flour is left.
If using a waffle iron that is not nonstick, spray cooking oil on the waffle iron.
Pour your batter on the waffle iron.
Cook the waffles until crisp.
Remove from waffle maker either with a spoon or a dull knife.
Serve waffles immediately, preferably with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
