einkorn flour

milk

cup
melted butter

pumpkin pie spice

vanilla extract

baking powder
cooking spray
(optional)

canned pumpkin
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat waffle maker.
Stir together all dry ingredients
Beat eggs separately.
Stir all liquid ingredients into the eggs.
Mix ingredients in one bowl until no dry flour is left.
If using a waffle iron that is not nonstick, spray cooking oil on the waffle iron.
Pour batter on the waffle iron.
Cook waffles until crisp.
Remove using a spoon of dull knife.
Serve immediately, goes best with powdered sugar or syrup
