Ingredients

einkorn flour

cup
milk

eggs

cup
melted butter

baking powder

vanilla

almond extract

cooking spray
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron.
Stir together all dry ingredients.
Beat eggs in separate bowl.
Stir together all wet ingredients into beaten eggs.
Mix together all ingredients.
If your waffle iron is not nonstick, add cooking spray of your choice to the iron.
Pour batter into the waffle iron.
Cook waffle until crisp.
Remove from waffle maker with a spoon or dull knife.
Serve warm, preferably with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
