Moringa Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1⅓ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp moringa leaf powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat pan on medium-low
  • In a medium bowl, stir all powdered ingredients together.
  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs.
  • Add milk and vanilla to eggs and stir.
  • Mix the ingredients from the two bowls until no dry flour is left.
  • Melt 1/2 of the butter on the pan and spread with spatula. Add more butter as needed.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of batter on the pan.
  • Flip when the edges are bubbling.
  • Remove when edges are bubbling and browning.
  • Repeat the previous three steps until there is no batter left.
  • Serve warm.
