Heat pan on medium-low
In a medium bowl, stir all powdered ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs.
Add milk and vanilla to eggs and stir.
Mix the ingredients from the two bowls until no dry flour is left.
Melt 1/2 of the butter on the pan and spread with spatula. Add more butter as needed.
Pour 2 tbsp of batter on the pan.
Flip when the edges are bubbling.
Remove when edges are bubbling and browning.
Repeat the previous three steps until there is no batter left.
