Place your Brie in freezer 30 minutes prior.
Cut rind off off Brie using the knife.
Preheat pan on medium heat.
Place butter on skillet.
Spread strawberry jam on both slices.
Place 4 oz of Brie on one slice, then place other bread slice on top.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until Brie has melted and bread has slightly browned.
