Freeze Brie for 30 minutes prior to using.
Preheat skillet on medium heat.
Put butter on skillet.
Cut the rind off with your knife.
Spread 1 tbsp of blackberry jam on both slices.
Place 4 oz of Camembert on one slice, then place other slice on top.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until Brie has melted and bread is slightly browned.
