Place your Camembert in freezer 30 minutes prior.
Preheat skillet on medium.
Cut the rind off with a knife.
Place butter on skillet.
Spread blueberry jam on both slices.
Place 4 oz of Camembert on one slice, then place other slice on top.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until Camembert has melted and bread is slightly browned.
