Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (9-10 inches)
  • cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp salsa
  • ¼ tsp taco seasoning (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 420.
  • Place pizza crust on pizza pan.
  • Spread salsa evenly around the pizza.
  • Spread cheese evenly over pizza.
  • In the microwave, cook eggs for 30 seconds, covered.
  • Stir eggs, then cook in microwave for another 30 seconds, covered.
  • Place scrambled eggs on top of pizza evenly.
  • (Optional) Lightly sprinkle taco seasoning on top of pizza.
