Ham, Egg, & Swiss Breakfast Pizza

  • Pizza Cutter


  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (9-10 inches)
  • 2-3 oz crumbled Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp pizza sauce
  • slice ham (pieces)
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat oven to 420.
  • Place pizza crust on pizza pan.
  • Spread sauce around pizza crust evenly.
  • Crumble Swiss cheese all over the pizza.
  • Tear ham to pieces, place evenly over pizza.
  • Crack egg in bowl, then inspect to make sure there are no egg shells.
  • Put on oven mitt, then partially pull out oven rack and place pizza on top.
  • Carefully pour the egg over the middle of the pizza.
  • Push the rack back in the oven and close the oven door.
  • Cook for 12 minutes, then remove from oven.
  • Slice up pizza with pizza cutter.
  • Serve warm.
